Please note: Your Host have to support DSN-Less databases !

1. 	you have to change the dataBase path in the .asp file
	now it's "schaer\data\poll.mdb"
-->	change it ! 

2. 	copy all files to your server.

	poll.asp --> to folder \scripts
	cookie.aso-->to filder \scripts
	poll.html--> to folder \html
	poll.swf --> to folder \html	
	poll.mdb --> to folder \data

3.	that's it ;-)
