There are webmasters who like to decorate their sites with my animations without my permission. And I can't prevent them from doing it if their sites are hosted by an American hosting company. Because American hosters would ignore my copyright claims untill I provide piles of documents to prove my authorship. That sounds ridiculous to me. If I try to collect all those papers and whatever, I will have no time to make animations or whatever.
So, since American hosting policy doesn' respect my rights as an artist, I have nothing left to do but to limit my audience to Russian speakers only. That will save my time spent for translating by the way. Russians steal too but I can deal with them alright. I am sorry guys. This page will not be updated anymore.
