 GhostWire ScrollBar [Using ScrollBar in Flash MX 2004]
If you wish to use
the ScrollBar component in Flash MX 2004 like the way you would in Flash MX, that is, drag-n-drop the component on a textfield, you need to enable the 'Snap to Objects' option in Flash MX 2004.
For some strange reasons, Macromedia switched the 'Snap to Objects' option off, when it was switched on by default in Flash MX.
To enable 'Snap to Object', go to 'View' -> 'Snapping' -> 'Snap to Objects'
Or use 'Ctrl+Shift+/'
